February is our month to honor and remember Helen Valentine by collecting coins for Heifer International. Helen was known for her pie making skills. She would get up at 4 am and make ten pies for church sales. Not only was she productive in quantity but they also tasted terrific. People at the sales stood in line for her pies. We collect your coins, bills and checks in a ceramic pie plate to remember Helen and to support Heifer International. Every Sunday this month we will be collecting!
